I'm Betty — an operational partner who builds systems, not just documents.

With over 22 years in HR, legal compliance, corporate secretary, and corporate communications, I've built operational infrastructure for companies across Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, the US, and the UK.
